Our family depicts our values which is the Power Of Caring: prompt commitment, love and passion. I grew up surrounded by disciplined teachers, hardworking care givers and religious middle class workers who worked effectively to give their family the best opportunity in the world notwithstanding the challenges around them.

These background of extreme care and hard work sponsored my zeal and commitment in everything I do, from coming to the United States Of America in the early 80's,obtaining my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration (Specialty in Finance) from Texas Southern University to volunteering in diverse home care facility to getting married to the most compassionate and loving care giver (Director Of Nursing: Mrs. Judy Nwokorie) who motivated my passion and desire to establishing a successful family based homecare services and real estate business that extends our passion and desires to our community.

At Primetime Home Health Services Inc, our vision is to endeavor that each client receives the best prompt care possible which is tailored to the client's peculiar desire in a timely manner. order to have a significant positive influence on the homecare sector, we believe we have to build a sustainable business that inspires everyone in our community to be better including our people, our clients, our referral partners and our industry colleagues.

The goal for our legacy is to endure as the market leader in every community we serve, so that we have the opportunity to influence the future of our industry. We have proven our sustaining power in the homecare industry and in other business endeavors by proffering solutions to our community in the Homecare sector, Skilled Nursing and Property management namely:

Irasema Baron devotionally assist first-line managers to achieve their goals and also ensure that all teams within the office and field units are functioning well. She is proficient in Spanish and English language and serves effectively to communicate the need of non English speaking clients and care givers to the company while resolving it. Irasema graciously represents the Spanish and Asian speaking community of Primetime Home Health Services, Inc. and navigates effective change in the company leading to active growth in the cultural bandwidth of the Spanish /Asian community in Primetime Home Health Services, Inc.

Irasema has received trainings and certifications for the effective growth of the company and to the benefit of our clients, she has also successfully completed the ANE Competency Training and exam and a 16hours training for New Administrators and Alternates with the Texas Health and Human Services(HHS) These training and courses enables her keep the company ahead in the competitive world of the global home healthcare industry.

As the Relationship Manager of PRIMETIME HOME HEALTH SERVICES, INC., Hope uses her wealth of experience in academic industry to effectively communicate , understand and manage the relationship between the client, the care givers and the company. Hope has received trainings and certification for the effective growth of the company and to the benefit of our clients, she has successfully completed the ANE Competency Training and exam with the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS).

She educates and informs clients about the company's services and special offers, she attends to clients and care givers complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly, She conducts customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving clients satisfaction. Hope strategically represents with understanding the Nigerian Community and all clients from the African Continent.

Sherri joined the family of PRIMETIME HOME HEALTH SERVICES,INC. after 12 years of teaching at NASA and 6years as a Retention Recruiter for Home Instead. Sherri has continued to add value to the family of Primetime Home Health Services Inc, using her wealth of knowledge. She understand and represents the need of our African American Communities, she develops and maintain solid relationships through sustaining rapport with clients by making periodic visits and ensures that the company is meeting the client's needs in a timely manner.

Sherri is certified in Early Childhood and Infant Development and trained with the State of Texas Homeland Security to conduct background checks on all employee before recriutment, she also has completed the ANE Competency Training and exam with the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS).
